Police say Stephan J. Betts was last seen at 6 a.m. on Jan. 31 in the 3900 block of Shadow Place NE in Olympia.

Betts suffers from mental illness and was last seen with a feeding tube in his right nostril.

Betts is white, 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, with brown hair with hazel eyes.  His hair is disheveled and he has a patchy beard.  He has two religious-type tattoos on his back.

He was last seen wearing a light tan jacket and brown pants and carrying a backpack.  He is an avid bicycle rider and is associated with a black Marlin Fisher 10-speed mountain bicycle.
