Murder charge in machete death

KENT, Wash. – King County prosecutors have filed a first-degree murder charge against a man accused of hacking another man to death with a machete.

The defendant, 54-year-old Yong Jun Kim of Maple Valley, Wash., is being held on a $1-million bail. He'll be arraigned next Thursday in Seattle.

Police say Kim rammed his car into another vehicle Saturday in Kent and then attacked the driver with the machete.

Federal Way real estate agent "Max" Lee died of lethal wounds to his head and neck.

Lee had brokered the sale of a service station to Kim.

Charging papers saidKim believed that Lee was having an affair with his wife.
