Study: Exercise may stave off early Alzheimer's

A new study finds that regular exercise can help seniors cut their risk of vascular dementia by 40 percent. Previous research showed that exercise can also delay the onset of another type of dementia: Alzheimer's. Younger people might want to pay attention, too, since more Americans are being diagnosed at earlier ages.
