KING 5 Morning crew sets their six-week fitness goals

As the KING 5 Morning news crew gets started on their "Get Fit" journey, they wanted to make sure to do things the right way. That meant starting out by setting goals. Dr. Cooper of Seattle Performance Medicine told the team the setting realistic achieveable goals is key to being successful in reaching them.

KING 5 Morning News crew goals:

  • Mark: just to get fit
  • Joyce: getting her metabolism going and losing a few pounds
  • Rich: maintain fitness and increase my flexibility
  • Tracy: look and feel better for her wedding in four months
  • Mimi: run a 15k
  • Christie: eat healthy and get to bed on time
