The "Get Fit" challenge is all about making personal commitments to health and fitness. Each member of the morning crew, and our Facebook group, has set goals to accomplish over a six-week period.

Joyce sat down with her trainer, Jeff Taylor, and a woman currently training to talk about setting and reaching goals. 

Here are Jeff's tips for being successful:

  • Find a mentor
  • Design a plan
  • Set realistic goals
  • Make the commitments
  • People who say "no" have to go
