We know good health and fitness leads to happiness, so we are inviting you to be part of our "Get Fit with KING5 Morning News" challenge.
We are setting personal health and fitness goals that we will share with you on the air and in our "Get Fit" Facebook group.
From now through May we will feature different work-outs with Christie, feature a variety of health guests live on KONG, post weekly exercises from a trainer in our facebook group and we have our own team doctor!
Dr. Emily Cooper from Seattle Performance Medicine is working with Joyce, Mark, Rich, Tracy, Christie and Mimi to tailor their health goals so they create a pattern of wellness success. And each week Dr. Cooper will share advice and research to help YOU understand the science behind your personal health.
