For the past four weeks, members of the "Get Fit" challenge have focused on health and wellness through setting goals and supporting each other in the Facebook group.
Kevin Morimoto has been one of the most active members of the group and his personal story is an inspiration to anyone who wants to get fit.
Now Kevin, 42, is the picture of health. He eats right and exercises regularly. But he used to be seriously overweight.
Five years ago, a picture from a California vacation made him realize how unhealthy he was.
"I was 220 pounds and 38% body fat, and I'm only like 5 feet, 2 inches," Kevin said. "I was only 2% away from being morbidly obese."
He decided to make a change and joined a health club. Kevin said the hardest part was working up the courage to walk through the front door.
By working with a trainer and changing his diet, Kevin lost 60 pounds in a year and a half.
"I feel super inside, because I'm doing a lot of stuff I haven't been able to do before-like all my running for charity," said Kevin.
This year, he plans to take part in more than 20 charity runs to support causes important to him, and next month Kevin will run his first full marathon.
For Kevin, the journey was not just about losing weight, it was about getting his life back.
"If I can do it, anyone can do it," Kevin said. "Let's get fit!"
