It can be difficult for people with disabilities to find recreational activities they can participate in, but one local company is changing that.
Outdoors for All uses adaptive equipment to allow those with disabilities to exercise. Over 700 volunteers work with more than 2,000 individuals in activities like hiking, climbing, cycling, and skiing.
The program is available for kids and adults, with participants ranging in age from 5 years to 87.
Today, KING 5's Christie Johnson met with with some of the participants to see how the program works.
