The Pearly Whites is a fundraising guild organized by a young Seattle Children's Hospital patient who wanted to give back to the facility.

Kendall Horning is missing 6 adult teeth. When at Seattle Children's for treatment, she learned about junior fundraising guilds. The Pearly Whites hike the Columbia River Gorge, picking up trash from the beaches. LiveNation pays the group for their work, with all the money going to the hospital.
