Medical marijuana patients face uncertain future

One of the most confusing parts of the new law is the fate of medical marijuana patients and businesses. Under I-502, non-profit "collectives" who dispense medical cannabis will cease to exist as soon as next year. That means patients who depend on collectives for their medication will be on their own now.

Dr. Katrina Emoto, a physician based in Tacoma, and her patient Kat Taylor, who is living with epilepsy, joined host Margaret Larson to talk more.
