A few weeks ago, Rich Marriott met with trainers from REI to talk about how to turn the outdoors into your gym. Now Rich is sharing these "Get Fit" tips for stretching, warming up, and low-impact cardio routines that require only a set of stairs and a large rock. Warming up and stretching is important for any workout, and the REI trainers emphasized using the correct form.
