If carbs are OK to eat, which ones are the best? Dr. Cooper said grains like whole wheat, beans and legumes, as well as starchy vegetables like potatoes are all good sources of carbs. At each meal and most snacks during the day, Dr. Cooper advised eating carbs along with protein and fat.
