Have a killer quinoa salad? Got a super spinach dish that everyone raves about?  Jean Enersen wants to make your favorite healthy dish using one or more ingredients from our "super foods" list.

*Almonds
*Avocado
*Bell Peppers
*Blueberries
*Broccoli
*Dark chocolate
*Oats
*Quinoa
*Salmon
*Spinach
*Sweet potatoes/yams

There are many other foods considered super foods that are not on this list. If you have a recipe using these other ingredients, please feel free to share it.
