Short bursts of activity throughout day keep kids fit

Too many children in the United States are not getting enough physical exercise. Some of the newest research, however, suggests the key to getting kids to be more active is simpler than previously thought.

Seattle Children's Hospital pediatrician Wendy Sue Swanson reports that one study found that just short bursts of activity throughout the day can keep kids fit and healthy.
