For some people, making time to get to the gym is hard. KING 5's Joyce Taylor has the same problem, so she turned to a friend for a workout she could take anywhere and do any time.
Certified trainer and yoga instructor Heather Balajadia shared her "workout in a bag" that uses resistance bands. These bands can be used for arm and leg strength training, as well as for cardio and plyometrics.
Plus, working out with friends provides the workout trifecta: you spend time with you friends, you get your workout in, and you can solve at least some of the world's problems.
