Keep the wedge flat side up and stand on the flat side with your right foot. Keep a light bend in the right leg, bring your left foot back and sink into a lunge position. Keep the right knee over your right ankle and when you have your balance, bring that left foot up to stand. (In the beginning, this is a good exercise to do with a spotter.)
