A member of the KING 5 Get Fit Facebook group recently posted a list of 100 changes she experienced after losing 100 pounds.
After confronting what she called "a lifetime of emotional eating," Jessica Compise decided it was time to lose weight.
"It took the courage to realize there was a problem, and then it took the courage to stand up for myself, and then I focused on educating myself about healthy eating, eating smaller meals more often and suport," Compise said. "I had a lot of support and if it wasn't for the support, I wouldn't be where I'm at now and I wouldn't be so full of life, which is how I feel now."
