Frozen dinners often promise a quick meal or even a health one. But if you take a close look at the nutritional content, it should set off alarm bells. Their convenience could be costing your health.

Convenience foods are not usually, the best things to chose if you want healthy food choices. This includes frozen dinners. Read the labels.

And this is a story why? Bottled water used to be the smart way to go. Now Seattle is running ads that we are ruining the Environment, because of bottled water. So drink Seattle water and ruin your body, Seattle water is loaded with Flouride & Chlorine. Anyone with a brain knows that public water kill essential enzymes need for digestion. So what is the side effect....Getting fat and lack of nurishment. Do a story on that.
