Below are the recipes for the desserts.

Crunchy Chocolate Covered Bananas:

The easiest treat to make is chocolate covered anything! Use dark chocolate to add some antioxidants and dip fruit instead of cookies. The fruit will give you both a fiber an antioxidant boost.

·        Dark Chocolate Chips

·        2 Bananas

·        Kind Gluten Free Granola

1.      Place dark chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl.

2.      Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds or until melted, stirring until smooth.

3.      Dip half of a dry sliced banana in chocolate.

4.       Press the chocolate covered banana into Kind Gluten Free Granola.

5.       Place on wire rack to dry.

Coffee Covered Frozen Yogurt & Bananas.

·        2 Tbs. of Chocolate Curls

1.      In a saucepan over medium heat, warm up the coffee & then add the maple syrup-simmer until warm and remove from heat.

2.       Spoon 1/2 cup ice cream into each of 4 bowls.

3.       Top each serving with half of banana, 2 tablespoons of coffee sauce  and 1 1/2 teaspoons chocolate curls
