Chef Kirsten Helle, faciliator of the American Heart Association's Go Red "BetterU" program, showed how to avoid the fast food trap by planning better meals. She also showcased a recipe that can be turned into several quick dishes during the week.
Cena Conteh, a BetterU graduate, shared her health successes over the 12-week program. She was able to lose weight and lower her blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose!
