Tracy Taylor and the KING 5 Get Fit team took part in a unique competition on Saturday that included football, volleyball and soccer.
The first three-sport TruAthlete Competition was on Saturday at the Starfire Sports Complex, where athletes competed in flag football, volleyball and soccer games. They also worked to give back to the community. Some of the proceeds of the event went to a local charity called Dollar Per Month.
The KING 5 Get Fit team was invited to compete, and they assembled a group with little to no experience in all three sports. The team went 5-1 in regular play only to make it to the playoffs and lose in the first round.
