Anchor the TRX to a high point (like a study door at home, tree outside or a ceiling mount) and you get a workout that increases your flexibility, challenges your core and builds muscle. The TRX also allows you to easily change the intensity of any exercise without adding weights. In fact the TRX only uses your body weight and gravity to do all the work. For example, to make the pushups pictured above easier, bring your body closer to a standing position. To make the pushup harder, walk your feel behind you so you’re closer to parallel to the floor.
