Chef Shannon Galusha from Salish Lodge and Spa joined Margaret to share what the restaurant is doing as part of Seattle Restaurant Week. He showcased several products developed with honey harvested at Salish Lodge's own apiary. Chef Shannon and Margaret wrapped up by creating their own versions of a tasty dessert featuring honey-roasted pineapple.
Seattle Restaurant Week runs April 7-11 and April 14-18, and includes more than 160 restaurants from across King County offering special three-course dinners for $28 (many are offering special three-course lunches for $15!).
