Chef Barton Seaver, an award-winning chef who won Esquire’s Best Restaurant of the Year award, is a champion for sustainable seafood, and his critically acclaimed cookbook For Cod and Country celebrates his enthusiasm and exquisite taste.

Barton’s next cookbook, Where There’s Smoke, a book on sustainable grilling comes out next April. His first book, For Cod and Country, is currently in stores.
