“It might seem funny to put Tom Douglas and vegetarian in the same sentence, but over the past year or so, I've seen lots of meatless additions to the Palace Kitchen menu. Chef Dezi is veg-enthusiastic, and what he's putting together is super savory. I recently had the pleasure of supping on the tagliatelle with roasted cauli, brown butter, caperberries, chilies and other goodies.”
