A special two-week event lets people dine their way through Seattle's Rainier Valley neighborhood. "Plate of Nations" features nearly a dozen restaurants offering cuisines from around the world and is sure to satisfy nearly every appetite. One of the restaurants taking part is St. Dames, which offers a vegetarian menu that can be customized for diners who are vegan or prefer gluten-free dishes. Chef Sarah Murphy joined guest hosts Suzie Wiley and Michael King to prepare Herbed Goat Cheese and Roasted Asparagus Bruschetta, while co-owner Amy Weems talked about what first-timers can expect during their "Plate of Nations" experience.
