The National Park Service announced a new initiative to serve healthy, sustainable food in parks across the country Thursday.

The "Healthy and Sunstainable Food Program" will stock restaurants, snack bars and stores with healthier food to serve the 23 million people who buy meals in national parks each year.

Some options include lentil soup, bison hot dogs, grass-fed beef and black-bean sliders.
