Jessica Goldman was diagnosed with Lupus in 2004. In her case, the auto-immune disease was attacking her kidneys.

To protect her kidneys, Goldman altered her diet to reduce her sodium intake. Given how large a role sodium plays in our food supply, this was no easy feat.

So Goldman developed her own set of low-sodium recipes -- available at sodiumgirl.com.
