The determined recipe testers at America's Test Kitchen have spent countless hours coming up with delicious recipes for their new book, "The How Can it be Gluten-free Cookbook." The cookbook reinvents the rules of baking to deliver a collection of recipes that represents a quantum leap forward in the world of gluten-free baking and cooking.
Editorial Director of America's Test Kitchen, Jack Bishop joined guest host Kim Holcomb to showcase a few of the recipes and share some gluten-free cooking tips.
