Over the last few weeks, the New Day Crew has been doing its Get Fit Challenge with Doctor Emily Cooper. One issue everyone on the team had to figure out was how to eat small balanced meals and snacks throughout the day. Our nutritionist, Deborah Enos, joins Meeghan Black to make healthy yet delicious delights.
