Not only does Andre Saint-Jacques have one of the largest wine cellars -- 19,000 hand-picked bottles -- at his restaurant The Barefoot Bistro in Whistler, B.C., he also serves his vodka in an ice bar.

The Belvedere Ice Room has a temperature of around -40 degrees Farenheit.

If you want to go in for a tasting, they offer a parka that is the same as the one used by the American and Canadian militaries.

They have 70 different vodkas made from potato, wheat, rye, and rice.

By having the vodka at a cold temperature, people are able to taste the flavors instead of just the alcohol.
