Rocketmen, the funny and thought provoking retro Sci-Fi web series created by local animator and filmmaker, Webster Crowell, screens Thursday, September 28 at Northwest Film Forum on Capitol Hill.

Composer/producer/drummer Barrett Martin has written a book called The Singing Earth, a memoir about the important role of music in world culture. Pick up the book and catch Barrett live at Nectar Lounge in Fremont on September 22. 

Don’t miss the ALL Led Zeppelin benefit concert for victims of Hurricane Harvey happening Friday, September 29 at The Royal Room. 

Mariane Ibrahim Gallery presents Tales, a new show of photography by Sofie Knijff running now thru October 13.

Zaria Forman’s beautiful drawings were inspired by her four-week residency aboard the National Geographic Explorer. Antarctica runs now thru November 4th at Winston Wachter Gallery

Dan Webb is an extraordinary wood sculptor who creates highly original visuals, often out of a single piece of wood. His new show, The Visitor, runs now thru October 28 at Kucera Gallery in Pioneer Square.
