SEATTLE - When fall rolls around, many kids and teens feel anxious about returning to class – especially during transitions that require them to attend new schools.

Dr. Yolanda Evans, adolescent medicine physician at Seattle Children’s, discussed ways parents can help their kids manage their anxiety.

Dr. Evans is the lead author of the Seattle Children’s blog Teenology 101.
