SEATTLE, WA - Happy National Mousse Day! Here to celebrate with us is Bakery Nouveau's William Leaman, who shows us how to whip up a delicious chocolate mousse.

Bakery Nouveau's Chocolate Mousse recipe:

Ingredients:

12 oz. chocolate

12 oz. half & half

Pinch of salt

(Optional) Splash of Kahlua or Baileys

Directions:

Bring half & half to a light boil. Pour over the chocolate. Stir. Take bowl of mousse and place in an ice bath to increase cooling.
