Cancer-Stricken Patients Find Strength Through T-Bear

The Therapeutic Cell Production Core (TCPC) and its team at Seattle Children's Research Institute give back to cancer-stricken patients by personally delivering T cells and T-bears to patients.

SEATTLE, WASH. - A new program at Seattle Children's is bringing hope to children with cancer and battling the disease at the same time. T-Bear is a cuddly teddy bear who accompanies researchers at Seattle Children's to comfort young patients undergoing immunotherapy.

People can purchase T-Bear at Safeway or Albertsons to give to others, and a portion of the proceeds goes directly to the organization Strong Against Cancer.
