SEATTLE - The rooftop deck at the Vietnamese eatery, Monsoon, is perfect for a nice summer night.
Monsoon is located in Capitol Hill, Seattle and features traditional Vietnamese cuisine blended with Pacific Northwest innovation.
Team Evening ordered some of the restaurant's famous spiked slushies - and Michael recommends the Drunken Chicken - it's marinated in white wine. They also tried the Catfish Claypot.
