Ballard Home Lights Up and Sings for Halloween

Halloween is just around the corner, and if you're going trick-or-treating on Halloween, don't miss this house in Ballard on your route.

SEATTLE - Halloween is just around the corner, and if you're going trick-or-treating on Halloween, don't miss this house in Ballard on your route.

A Ballard homeowner has a Halloween display on his house that contains over 5,000 lights, creating images to illustrate the lyrics of 18 different songs.

The man behind the madness is Vince Harris, who also goes by DJ Disco Vinnie. Harris has spent over three months with the festive display, programming the whole display on his iPad.

And the show's not over after Halloween. He also has a sound and light presentation for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The show runs every night from 6:30 PM to 11 PM on NW 62nd & 9th Ave NW.
