Meeghan Black, host of KING 5’s Evening Magazine returned for the second year to emcee the second annual NoHomelessKids Benefit Lunch on May 13, 2010 at the Bellevue Hilton.
The event was a rousing success, raising over $126,000 to help homeless families rebuild their lives.
Based in Renton, WA, Vision House has been providing transitional housing and services to single mothers and their families for the last 20 years.  Separate programs provide group-housing for single men and a safe environment for families coming out of emergency shelters.

Vision House has the support of Seattle Seahawks’ Josh Wilson and his wife Jazmin, who served as honorary chairs.  The 350 people who attended the lunch were entertained by Renton's own EriAm Sisters, semi-finalists on America’s Got Talent.

Founders John and Susan Camerer launched Vision House in 1990 with just $800 and a dream to help homeless families restore their lives.  Since then, nearly 700 children, women and men have received housing and support services to regain self sufficiency and make a fresh start in life. They recently broke ground on another complex in Shoreline for homeless children and mothers called Vision House Jacob’s Well. For more information, visit the Vision House Web site at: www.NoHomelessKids.org or call 425-228-6356.
