9TH ANNUAL CHRIS ELLIOTT FUND GRAY RIBBON GALA & BENEFIT AUCTION
SEPTEMBER 25, 2010
Dellann Elliott lost her husband to Glioblastoma Brain Cancer in 2002, and she is on a mission to end brain cancer through education, awareness, advocacy and research. These four mediums give her the opportunity to spread the word nationally, and build awareness for a disease that does not receive the recognition and research it deserves. Dellann started the Chris Elliott Fund in 2002 to ensure that she eradicates brain cancer and builds awareness for a disease that so desperately needs awareness.
The Chris Elliott Fund (CEF) for Glioblastoma Brain Cancer Research is a non-profit organization founded in 2002 by Chris and Dellann Elliott to raise awareness for brain cancer and to help fund new research. Today, CEF provides resources, information and support for people living with brain cancer.
Specifically, CEF funds groundbreaking research in the Christopher S. Elliott Neuro-oncology Lab for Glioblastoma Brain Research and Applied Cancer Science Center at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Mass. as well as the Chris Elliott Fund Integrative Patient Support Program at the Ben and Catherine Ivy Center for Advanced Brain Tumor Treatment in Seattle's Swedish Neuroscience Institute.
Without significant funding, brain cancer will continue to infiltrate thousands of lives each year. Dellann and others ask you to join us on September 25th, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue Grand Ballroom, as we raise funds for brain cancer research at our 9th Annual Gray Ribbon Gala & Benefit Auction.
If you wish to purchase tickets, please go to http://www.chriselliottfund.org/events/gala.html
You may register for regular tickets, or VIP tickets which adds an additional flare to your evening including a meet and greet with Sammamish Councilman John Curley and Jean Smart (3 time Emmy Award winning actress), wine and champagne service, premium seating, and a photo with Jean and John and your guest in front of the red carpet CEF step and repeat wall.
John Curley and Jim Dever will be your auctioneers for the evening, and your ticket will also include dinner, wine, silent auction, live auction, and a live band for your entertainment after the fundraising has ended.
We ask that you join us on September 25th, 2010, and help us raise valuable research for brain cancer. We look forward to you joining us at our 9th Annual Gray Ribbon Gala & Benefit Auction, and helping to end brain cancer for good.
