Seattle Rep is hosting more than 100 dogs (and their owners) on Sunday for the theater’s first-ever “Dogs Night Out.”
The canines will be in attendance at a special performance of Sylvia (playing Nov. 11-Dec.11, 2011), a comedy about a street-smart lab/poodle mix who becomes a bone of contention between an empty nester couple, testing their marriage..
Seven local organizations are partnering with Seattle Rep on Dogs Night Out, including Bark Busters, Fetch! Pet Care, Seattle Humane Society, The Barking Lounge, Shindig Events, Alyssa Rose Photography, and Field Turf. Booths will be set up in the lobby with information for pet owners.
The event is sold out to dogs, but humans are welcome to purchase tickets to for $25 and sit in the people-only balcony.
Tickets are available only by phone at 206-443-2222. Tickets are available to all other performances of Sylvia (running until Dec. 11) by phone or online at www.seattlerep.org.
