After long winter, sanctuary animals frolic in spring pasture

After a long, cold winter in Watkins Glen, NY, Farm Sanctuary’s animals raced to the pasture when they were let out for the first time this spring.

National Shelter Director, Susie Coston, joined the cows, sheep and goats as they frolicked and played in the sunshine.

Farm Sanctuary operates shelters in New York and California that provide lifelong care for nearly 1,000 rescued farm animals.
