The FDA has issued an update on its investigation related to the Diamond Pet Foods recall. Salmonella Liverpool (not the outbreak strain) was found in a sample of Diamond Naturals Small Breed Adult Lamb and Rice dry dog food from a plant in Meta, Missouri. This product has been recalled.
The previous recalls all came from a plant in South Carolina.
