Get out your tools and create a fabulous doghouse or cat tree and help animals.

This event is sponsored by the Olympia Master Builders Home & Garden Show to benefit Concern for Animals in Tumwater.

The footprint of the doghouse should be no wider than 4 feet, no longer than 6 feet and a maximum height of 6 feet.  Houses must be completed by August 1.

All houses and trees will be displayed at the Olympia Master Builders Home & Garden Show on September 15 & 16, St. Martin’s University, Marcus Pavilion.

The public will vote (with their dollars) for their favorite dog and cat house during the two-day event.  Prizes and public recognition will be awarded to the winners.

The houses and trees will be on display at the old Schoenfelds building in downtown Olympia from August 15 – September  14 and at the Westfield Mall from November 1- November 9.

Houses will be donated to Concern for Animals to be auctioned at Toast for Tails on November 10.  For more information about the competition or to SIGN UP, contact Stacey at stacey@omb.org or Sarah at sarah@concernforanimals.org.
