A sweet old English bulldog who was famous around the Seattle area for his wild and crazy costumes has died.
"Bow Holmes," born in January of 2004, died on Dec. 27 of cancer.
Bow's "mom," Cathy, was devastated by his passing, as we all are when we lose our best friends.
"His vet said he lived a wonderful life only dogs could dream of," she said.
Cathy says Bow has may friends all over the world that are missing him.
Bow was Royal Ambassador for the Poochapalooza Dog Event in Marysville every July since 2007.
He spent a lot of his time with Dorthy Moore, who owns The Dining Dog restaurant in Edmonds, and was featured in a TV show "World's Weirdest Restaurants."
Cathy says Bow loved to please people, and loved to have his picture taken.
"When he saw a camera, his eyes followed it," she said.
Bow will live on in the hearts of his fans around the Northwest and the world.
"Bow was and alway will be my perfect dog," Cathy says.
