Tomorrow the Snohomish County prosecutor's office will release a video taken during the raid of a suspected puppy mill operation outside Gold Bar.
Attorneys for Jason and Serena Larsen, who are charged with six counts each of first-degree animal cruelty, argued against the release, saying it could hurt their chances for a fair trial.
But a Snohomish County Superior Court Judge disagreed.
The video was taken during the January raid in which authorities seized more than 150 dogs.
"Most of them in crates, most of them covered with feces, urine-saturated bedding, covered with fleas, they all were infested with fleas, some had sores all over their bodies," Snohomish County spokeswoman Carolyn Weikel said at the time.
You will be able to see the video on KING5.com and on KING 5 News when it's released.
The Larsens' trial is scheduled to begin on July 31.
