Seattle Magazine has named KING 5 Investigator Susannah Frame one of the most influential people of 2010 for her series “Waste on the Water,” detailing financial practices in the state ferry system.
Seattle Magazine says the series “unleashed a wave of citizen ire seldom seen in Seattle.”
Washington State Ferries has instituted several changes as a result of the series.
