Uncle Sam’s in Spanaway is sponsoring a benefit concert with Commander Cody for Operation Ward 57 on Ft. Lewis .  Operation Ward 57 depends solely on donations to operate their project for wounded soldiers and amputees.  THEREFORE we are producing a benefit concert and a motorcycle run to benefit Operation Ward 57.
First there will be a motorcycle run leaving Uncle Sam’s Amphitheater at approx. 1pm. This run will stop at Lawless Harley Davidson, Destination HD, and NW Harley Davidson and returns back to Uncle Sam’s. All motorcycle riders, clubs, armed forces clubs and organizations are encouraged to join the run. Price to join the ride is $15. These funds will support the concert benefit and includes admission to the show at the US Amphitheater at 6pm.
The concert features music by the legendary Commander Cody and His New Planet Airmen. Opening act is The Razorback Riders.  Gates open at 6pm. Show starts shortly after. Concert is being held at Uncle Sam’s Amphitheater at 16003 Pacific Ave in Spanaway. Cost of $15 supports this cause also. It is not required to go on the motorcycle run to attend the concert. This show is an over 21 event. There will be a BBQ in the amphitheater as well as tavern food available in the bar. Tickets available at Uncle Sam’s and Brownpapertickets.com.
