Maya is in the seventh grade. She likes to read and says pizza is her favorite food. She looks up to her older sister, Kayla, who is in the ninth grade and is an electronics wiz.
The two sisters are hoping to be placed together and would be ecstatic to have their own bedrooms.
Counselors say most importantly these girls need consistency and structure with a family who can help them maintain contact with their older siblings, supports them through counseling and loves them.
