Dexter, a fourth grader, is tall for his age and wants to play football when he grows up. He enjoys hiking and fishing and he loves animals.
Counselors say Dexter needs parents who will give him loads of individual attention and shower him with affection. His teachers agree he's a sweet boy who is friendly and fun to be around.
