I loved the line I just read on the YWCA web page: “Do more with your lunch hour.” A perfect description of the experience I’ve had at the Inspiration Luncheon the last two years. It’s not often that I come away from a ninety minute lunch having been replenished, rejuvenated and inspired to do more with my life and have a bigger, more positive impact on the people around me.
Somehow the YWCA inspires all of that in me.
The Inspire lunch series is also one of the annual KING 5 partnerships spearheaded by our own Jean Enersen. A onetime YWCA board member, she is still an avid supporter. Jean emcees the Eastside and Snohomish County lunches every year and encourages those closest to her to come and “do more with their lunch hours” as well.
The YWCA works hard to improve the lives of women and families in our community. In 2010 they touched the lives of over 60,000 people. Find out how by coming and learning all about their programs yourself.
Jean and I hope to see you there!
